How to cancel my subscription to TenndersFEX

To modify or cancel your account, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to TenndersFEX with your Admin account username and password.
2. In the options menu on the left hand side, click on "Company Profile".
3. Then go to the "Subscriptions" tab and click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
4. A new window will open with the options available to manage your subscription.
5. Go to the "Current plan" section and click the "Cancel plan" button.
6. A new window will open with the cancellation details. Click on "Cancel plan" again to finish.

Your account is now successfully cancelled. Once the current billing period is over, your user and all other accounts associated with your subscription will lose access to TenndersFEX.

If you change your mind, click "Reactivate subscription" or contact us to continue enjoying the benefits of TenndersFEX.
