How to Register for TenndersFEX
We explain how the TenndersFEX subscription process works and everything you need to know to register quickly.
The registration process for TenndersFEX is easy and straightforward. Simply go to the registration page and follow these steps:
Company Information
Fill in the blank fields with your company’s details: name, company type, VAT number, and address. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required to proceed to the next step. (To correctly enter your VAT number, select your company’s country flag from the dropdown menu.)
User Information
Provide the necessary information to create your TenndersFEX user account, such as your first name, last name, and contact details. You will also need to create a password for your account. It is important that your password meets the recommendations for a secure password.
Email Verification
After completing all the required information, you will receive a verification email with a link to activate your account and continue the registration process. Check your inbox and follow the instructions. If you don’t receive it in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Upload Company Documents
Once you have activated your account via the verification email, we will proceed with document verification. For security reasons, we need to verify the documents of each user company. Depending on the type of company, we require different documentation, but in all cases, we will need the VAT certificate. Confirmation and Payment
Once our team has verified your company’s documentation, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed with the payment. To find out which payment methods are available, read this article.
Do you have a discount code?
If you have a discount code for your TenndersFEX subscription, now is the time to apply it. You will find the "Add promotion code" field on the left side of the payment platform window. Here you have to copy and paste the discount code to apply the promotion.
Access
After completing your subscription payment, you will have direct access to your TenndersFEX account. Simply log in with the username and password you created during this process.
