One of TenndersFEX's fundamental guarantees is security and reliability. We want to be the platform that all our clients can trust. For this reason, we strictly control each application by verifying the existence and legitimacy of each type of company.

The way we achieve this is by checking the necessary documentation for the user companies to carry out their activity. Therefore, the documents we need you to provide to subscribe to TenndersFEX will change depending on the type of company. They are listed below for you to have at hand during your registration process:

Carrier

  • Commercial licence
  • Transport licence
  • Insurance policy receipt
  • Insurance policy proof
  • Social security certificate (only Spanish companies)
  • Truck insurance proof.
Transport operator/broker
  • VAT certificate
  • Business licence
  • Transport licence
  • Insurance policy receipt
  • Insurance policy receipt.
Shipper

VAT certificate.

You can upload the documents in the following supported formats:

  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • PDF

During the account verification process, you will receive an email giving you access to the page where you can upload these documents.
