How to change my account password

You can change your password in two ways, depending on whether the password is available or not. Here are the steps to follow in both cases:

If you have forgotten your password.

1. Go to the TenndersFEX login page.
2. Click on the "Forgot your password" button.
3. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click on "reset password".
4. You will then receive an email with a link to change your password. Check your main inbox to see it. If you don't receive it after a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder or request it again..
5. Click on the reset password button in the email you received and follow the steps to create a new password.
6. Once you have created your new password, return to the login page to access TenndersFEX with your new password.

If you have not forgotten your password.

1. Log in to your TenndersFEX account.
2. In the options menu on the left, click on "User profile".
3. Then click on the "Settings" tab.
4. Enter your current password and your new password in the fields provided.
5. Click on "Save new password". The next time you log in, remember to enter the new password you just generated.
