How to change my billing details

To change your billing details, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to TenndersFEX with your Admin account username and password.
2. In the options menu on the left, click "Company Profile".
3. Then go to the "Subscriptions" tab and click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
4. A new window will open with the options available to manage your subscription.
5. Go to the "Billing details" section and click the "Update details" button.
6. Edit the fields you need and click save to finish.

Can you modify an invoice that is already available on the platform?

Invoices are generated automatically so we do not have the option to modify the data once they have been issued. However, you can modify your billing details, which will be updated on the invoices for the following payments.
