How to change my subscription payment method

You can change the payment method of your TenndersFEX subscription at any time. Log in to your Admin user account and follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to TenndersFEX with your Admin account username and password.
2. In the options menu on the left, click "Company Profile".
3. Then go to the "Subscriptions" tab and click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
4. A new window will open with the options available to manage your subscription. Now click on the "Add payment method" button below the payment method you currently have registered.
5. Then select the payment method you want to add (card or direct debit) and fill in the fields with the necessary information. Finally, click on Update.
   

You will have successfully added the new payment method. It will be selected to be charged from this new payment method for the next billing period.
