How to create a mini-tender in TenndersFEX

Start uploading your regular shipping projects or mini-tenders to TenndersFEX and get more quotes to find the best possible transport offer.

To create your mini-tenders, just follow these steps:

1. Log in with your TenndersFEX account.
2. Navigate to the "Exchange Boards" section in the menu on the left and click on the "Mini-Tenders" tab.
3. Click on the "Add New Mini-Tender" button.
4. Enter the load details and the required transport information by filling in all the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*). To help you speed up the process, some of these fields are pre-filled by default.
5. To add more instructions and details, click on the arrows next to the information fields.
6. To add additional loading or unloading stops, click the "+" button at the end of the section.
7. Once you have completed all the necessary fields, click on the "Publish" button. If any mandatory fields are left incomplete, the system will prompt you to fill them in.

That’s it! Your mini-tender will be published on the Mini-tenders panel, and you can start receiving quotes.
