How to download TennderFEX invoice

Invoices for your monthly subscription payments are automatically generated in TenndersFEX. You can download them in pdf format by following these steps:

1. Log in to TenndersFEX with your Admin account username and password.
2. In the options menu on the left, click "Company Profile".
3. Then go to the "Subscriptions" tab and click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
4. A new window will open with the options available to manage your subscription.
5. Go to the Invoice History section and click the icon next to the payment date.
6. In the next window click on the Download Invoice button.

Your invoice will have been generated in pdf format and you can find it in the download folder of your device or computer.

Can you modify an invoice that is already available on the platform?

‍Invoices are generated automatically so we do not have the option to modify the data once they have been issued. However, you can modify your billing details, which will be updated on invoices for subsequent payments.

To change your billing details, click the "Update details" button. Edit the fields you need and click save to finish.
